Founded in 2012 by Rajeel Jangir and today part of the Mirrikh Group, we are one of the largest and most trusted land developers in the Dholera region — with more than a decade of on-ground experience since the smart-city project began.
We work directly with buyers as the developer of our own projects. We sell non-agricultural (NA), title-clear residential and industrial plots, and ownership is transferred to every buyer through a government-registered sale deed. We are not an agent, aggregator or reseller for any third party.
